I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd sooner die then let LILO touch my
MBR... I've had *way* too many bad experiances with LILO messing up my MBR..
I find it MUCH safer to let it have the boot sector of the linux root
partition.. easier to keep track of, easier to multiboot, and it's never
munched the drive so bad I couldn't access any of my drives. Just my
opinion, of course :)
