I sent the following response to support at transarc. Be interesting to
see if I get any response. As noted, the contract cover agency I work
through is prominently listed as an important customer on their home page.

Complaint:
I am a member of a mailing list support group
for the Red Hat distribution of the Linux operating
system. I am also a senior software engineer, working
under contract to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena
Ca., under Sterling Software, whom I see from your home
page "News" is a customer of yours.
Today, in the mailing list throughput is a very small
minded and small souled contribution of one of your
webmasters, a Mr. Christopher Fogarty. You don't get onto
this mailing list casually; in fact to do so you must
respond twice to queries from the list to ensure that
you are joining the list of your own volition.
Mr. Fogarty contributed the following epistle to the list:
Dear Ass-wipe,
The reason you received this message is because you spammed me with some
unwanted piece of shit mail. Please take your solicitation and blow it out
your ass. If you ever send me another note, I will be sure to bring your
server to it's knees you retarded fuck!
Or your return address is from a banned host guilty of such offenses.

Please note that, in addition to his unwarranted and obscene attack
on the members of the mailing list, Mr Fogarty is threatening
to indulge in destructive attacks on servers, a crime under
current law.
I request that you do something to reward this individual for his
efforts. Turning his rock back over, for starters, would be a
great help. Is this the image you wish your company to have?
