/etc/sendmail.cf
O QueueDirectory=/var/spool/mqueue
That should put it where ever you'd like.

Subject: default mail spool location
hi,
sendmail - RH5.2
does anyone out there know how to change the location of
/var/spool/mail ?
i can think of plenty of "fixes" using symbolic links etc. but
i'd rather do it properly if i can. is there something in
sendmail.cf that does this?
keith.
