Connect Port Speed!!!

Hello
I.m having trouble opening my port at anything over 38400. I'm using
xisp I can connect fine at 38400 but when i try 57600 or 115200 i cannot
get a connect. When the pop up window pops up i cant get the annex
prompt at these port speeds. I have looked at setserial /dev/modem and
/dev/cua1 they both report a base of 115200. So i'm guessing that 38400
is in some other config file somewhere....But where?:) or what else
could it be? The annex is set to 115200 and i can connect to it fine
from win95 or 98 at 115200...
