Actually, the K6 was supposed to run cooler than the Pentium MMX chip, so
presumably, the K6-2 runs cooler than the PII.
Of course, there was the just admitted to problem of Win95 problems with the
K6-2's, too. Haven't heard whether there's a problem with any other OS, but
since you can download the fix to the known problem from the MS website,
then I'd presume that it's a WIN 95 only problem.
