Currently I have an Artec Viewstation AS6E Scanner and a Panasonic
KX-P1123 connected on the parallel port. I have a 2.5g WD hard drive on
HDA and an old 420meg (can't remember the brand, a friend gave it to me)
and HDB. I have a no-name SCSI card which works under a generic Adaptec
driver in Win98. I also have a LG 32X IDE cdrom. I have the SCSI card so
I can share my brother's Zip Drive, and most of the time it remains with
him. I have nothing else on the parallel or ide or scsi connectors. I
also have a standard 3-1/2 floppy drive and 5-1/4 floppy drive. I have an
Avance Logic sound card (emulates Sound Blaster 16 and Windows Sound
System, I strongly suspect that it is hardware compatible with the
Windows Sound System). I have a Western Digital 8013/EBT 10mbs ethernet
card, an ATI Rage Pro Turbo 8meg video card, a Diamond Monster 3D. There
is no modem in this computer at the moment. Long story of no bearing at
the moment. Other than that I can't think of anything else. If you need
exact hardware settings I can give you what you need, just ask. I also
have a Yamaha OPL3-SA sound chip on the motherboard, disabled in the BIOS
to make way for the Avance Logic, and I have a Ati Rage GT video chip on
the motherboard also disabled (in this case automatically by the
motherboard because of the new video card) so if that can cause a problem
please let me know. Thanks for the help.
