The LILO docs say you cannot use disk-manager software  and
use LILO to support multiple boot.

Try removing the EZ-Drive stuff and putting the line

linear

in /etc/lilo.conf.   That should make it work for Linux, although

lilo may still give warnings, which you may be able to just ignore.--
