that will answer the following:
i've hit my first LILO problem... system will boot, and gets to LI
then hangs. booting off of the floppy made at install time, everything
works fine. for now the floppy is just a permanent fixture in the drive,
but that's a bad fix.
the system: Redhat 5.2, on a 486 DX4 120 (recent PCI 486 motherboard)
disks: hda 850 meg connor (now seagate)
hdb 350 meg connor (now seagate)
hda has a 16 meg partition, the first partition on the drive, for /boot
any urls to visit / advise to be had? i know this has come up before, but
i don't remember what the resolution was
