Take a look at /etc/mail/ip_allow, relay_allow, and name_allow. You can set
the range of hosts that may relay through your server using ip_allow and
name_allow.
You can set the domains you will relay to using relay_allow. Most SPAM
probelms can be solved using ip_allow and/or name_allow. I set mine to
allow relaying only from IP addresses on one of my organization's subnets.
If your subnet looks like 123.456.789.0 then you can restrict relaying by
editing ip_allow to add the line:
123.456.789
Note that the above is not a valid IP address and is used only as an
example.
