Actually, there are 3 sides to this argument.  Figure two
"experts" (ha!)....but what about the Hacker/Cracker?  He
is the third party.  He is the one that is going to do
something different so he can get past the methods espoused
by expert #1 and expert #2.

In any argument about security, you should listen to both
sides, because all sides have a bit of the truth.  And
neither side has 100% of the truth.  The 100% truth resides
SOLELY with the cracker that hacked into your system!
