if you have a mouse you can use gpm and click-drag to select and
right-click to paste into different virtual terminals. only works for up
to a page at a time though.
or, you can use 'screen' and cut/paste from it's control codes. I forget
the exact sequences (they're definable) but it's all in the docs.
alternatively, if you can get the text in a file, then when in pine you
can use ctrl-R to read and insert a text file.
