I've got Samba working except for one troubling item...passwords!!!

If I make the share public I can access the linux directory from a Win98 system
and do whatever I want. However, if I change the share to user I'm asked for a
password.

No matter what I enter I can't get access. The message is always
wrong password. I'm logged into the Win98 system with the same user name as
the linux box.

Any suggestions? This is driving me crazy!!!!

Gerry
