I downloaded 5.2 from rufus.w3.org using wget, which as far as I can tell
preserved permissing and links. I read "Burning a RedHat CD - The Full
Story" several times. I created an ISO image with

       mkisofs -a -r -N -L -d -J -v -o /falcon/RedHat.iso
       -b images/boot.img -c misc/boot/boot.cat -A "RedHat LinLinux 5.2"
       -V "RHLinux5.2" .

The CD-ROM gets created with no problem, because I can mount it. After
the CD-ROM initilization the install just hangs.
