How do you configure /dev/sequencer? I'm running RHL 5.1 with
Kernel 2.0.36-1.0 and a SoundBlaster AWE 32. My kernel is
correctly configured for sound--I have run sndconfig and
configured my card that way with no errors. I can play audio
CD's, use KDE's mixer, and play .wav/.au files successfully.
Everytime I use playmidi, I'm told that /dev/sequencer is not
configured. What do I do? /dev/sequencer is currently a device
file as such:
crw-rw-r-- 1 root 14, 1 May 5 1998 sequencer
Thanks!
Kevin
