This is a "Status" record from bind. I bet if you look carefully, you'll
notice that "every so often" =~ every 60 minutes.
According to ORA's DNS+Bind (Third Edition) this is controlled by the
named-conf global options directive "statistics-interval" which defaults to
60 minutes. Set it to zero if you want it to cut it out. As far as I know,
this is something that only happens with bind 8+. Maybe RH shifted to Bind
8 at the 5.0/5.1 boundary.
