Wondering if anyone can help me here, trying to set up a PAP-capable
dialup server. I've already set up dialin services, no problem. I'd just
like to set it up to authenticate using PAP (or even CHAP, I guess),
instead of having to type in my username and password every time I dial
up, then having to execute pppd from the shell. I've tried a few
suggestions from the PPP-Howto, but it's not working yet. Anyone know
how to do this? Do I need a third-party auth daemon, or an LDAP server
or something? Any help is appreciated.
Matt
