I have a Axis 240 camera server. It works with ethernet, serial port, lots
of other goodies. www.axis.com It too was not cheap. It's got 1 Svideo
input AND 4 coax inputs.
It's got a built in webserver. It's not exactly a wicked powerful
webserver, but it is one. You could have lynx on linux download images to
your apache webserver if demand necessitated.
