Many Epson printers are not supported by the version of ghostscript that
ships with Red Hat due to licensing issues.
You'll need to get a more recent version of ghostscript -- 5.10 ought to do
it. There are rpm's in contrib.redhat.com (or, at any rate, there used to
be).
