TITLE.DLL is a Dynamic Link Library which is moved to your OS2\DLL
directory. Once there, and the appropriate changes to the USER ini file
are made (along with a reboot), you can use the right mouse button on the
titlebar to push a window back in the z-order (behind all other windows).
Or, you can use ctrl-rightclick to resize a window so the only space it
takes up is the titlebar. (TITLE.DLL is less than 8K in size!)

Note: ctrl-rightclick works for most, but not all programs. Specifically,
it does not work correctly on programs which prevent resizing. Due to the
design, TITLE.DLL should not cause interference with ANY program's normal
operation.
