My OS/2 Unicode API documentation has been updated (September 2nd).

There have been many corrections and other improvements made since the
initial release in July; see the website for a complete history.
This release has two major changes worth noting.
* The Unicode Keyboard functions have been added (or rather, restored)
to the API reference.
* I have released an initial draft of a Programming Guide, which
describes the Unicode APIs and how they can be used. This may
be downloaded in INF format; IPF source is included.
