The February meeting of the Sydney PC Users Group OS/2 SIG will be held on
Monday 19th in Presentation Room 4 on Level 10 of Darling Park, the IBM
Building at 201 Sussex St Sydney at 6:00 pm.
This month will have an extended Q&A, and there will also be reports and
discussion on numerous important events within the OS/2 World, including
directions for Warp itself. There will also be some surprises! Some of the
more important software releases, including shareware, will also be reviewed.
The usual array of door prizes will abound, and the SIG Leader will give a
Speech!
This year's OS/2 Day will be held at the Bowlers' Club at 95 York St Sydney
(which also has a car park) on Saturday March 30th, and will cost $20 for a
whole day's worth of demonstrations, as well as the ubiquitous raffle! An
important part of the day will be live step-by-step installations of Warp!
Further announcements will be made closer to the day, so stay tuned.
