For those of you who are too impatient to read through the doc, the doc
indicates there is a new parameter to be set in the config.sys. It is
SET PM_ASYNC_FOCUS_CHANGE=ON x
X indicates the amount of time in milliseconds to wait. The fixpack is also on
hobbes, if anyone is interested.
