I have put fixpack 17 for Warp plus the new kicker disks (csf disks) on my
site for the next short while to enable people to download faster while Hobbes
and IBM are clogged.

Note, this is not an official site- I am putting them up as a service. I
downloaded them from ftp.software.ibm.com.

the current temporary site, HOBBES also has copies: The new wkickr disks are
on ftp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/incoming/ The kickr disks in
ftp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/os2/patches/ are for the FixPack 10 level. The latter
directory contains fixpack 10 and 17 disk images.]
