comp.os.os2.announce is a moderated newsgroup. This means that all
submissions for this group must pass through me. Your news host may appear
to post your article, but if so it has packaged your submission and emailed
it to me. Your submissions will not show up immediately--I must process it
first; so, please do not try to repost. Reposts will only result in a
duplicate in my mailbox and possibly slower processing to weed out
duplicates.
Your news software may also display an error message, in which case you
have to email the submissions address below with your article.
Status: 30 January, 1996
I am steadily processing the backlog of mail in my inboxes, but it may take
a few more days to finish processing all of the submissions. Some sites are
still directing the email to the previous moderator's address which results
in additional delays for forwarding. Please bear with me during this
transition.
So for the next couple of weeks it may be faster to use the submissions
address below, rather than to rely on your news software to forward it to
me.
