This is simply a copy of the document which appeared on

Basically it says that FP XR_W016 is being totally scrapped and IBM is
working on FP17 which they hope to release at an unspecified date.

A significant number of early customers have experienced problems with Warp
Family FixPak XR_W016. In response, IBM has investigated these problems and
will be releasing FixPak XR_W017 in the very near future.
IBM is making available a FixPak that introduces Lotus Notes V4.0 needed
features. This is intended for Lotus Notes V4.0 customers only. It's use
on any other system is not recommended or supported.
If you are a Lotus Notes V4.0 customer and you have been directed to
download and apply FixPak XR_W016 or XR_W016A to your OS/2 Warp system,
then please send an electronic mail request for FixPak XR_W16N with your
name and email ID to:
