At long last Stardock has put the popular OS/2 game, Links golf, onto its
commerce server.
Links golf is a good example of the benefits OS/2 can bring to a game when
it comes over to OS/2. It's multithreaded engine and incredible graphics
ensure that it is easily the most polished and best performing major
OS/2-specific game.
Now, Stardock has placed the latest version v1.5 onto its commerce server
for only $19.95! Users can now log onto the secure commerce server, put in
their credit card number and download Links immediately. (Your credit card
information is encrypted so it's very secure).
In 1998 already, Links was voted runner up as Best OS/2 game of the year by
OS/2 users in OS/2-eZine (Galactic Civilizations came in 1st). It was also
voted OS/2 game of the year by OS/2 Inside in Germany this year.
Links is a stunningly fun game which has ranked highly on the Internet Top
100 games. With a $19.95 price, every OS/2 user should seriously check it
out.
