ZMech is an interactive state machine development tool. It is an example
of a visual programming tool built using IPAD.
It allows highly complex state machines to be:
* interactively described through a state diagram.
* translated into a form suitable for direct execution by an
embedded micro controller or other event driven system
(such as a GUI system).
* interactively debugged by running it against a state diagram.
ZMech is currently only available for Linux 2.0.x (Intel) and Solaris
2.5 (SPARC), but versions for OS/2 WARP, NT 3.51, Win 95, Win 3.1 and
MSDOS will be available within the next few weeks.
