announce the Version 2.00 release of NetLookout ( formerly Lookout ), an
internet notifier for OS/2.
NetLookout will watch Web, FTP and Gopher sites, and notify you if something
has changed. You can specify how often you want a site to be checked, what
to ignore when checking a site, and how you want to be notified when a site
changes.
Version 2.00 introduces some big improvements over 1.00:
- much improved user interface
- HTTP Proxy support, including user name and password
- drag'n'drop support for creating new Lookouts
- importing Lookouts from a number of popular OS/2 and Windows internet
apps
NetLookout for OS/2 is shareware, and costs US$20 to register.
