Stardock has released the first screen shot of its upcoming new version of
Galactic Civilizations.
In 1994, Stardock entered the OS/2 market with Galactic Civilizations 1.0
which became an instant hit.
In 1996, Stardock created a follow-up to Galactic Civilizations with
Galactic Civilizations II.
Now, in 1998, Stardock has gone back and enhanced Galactic Civilizations
further with Galactic Civilizations Gold which adds in all the features of
the GalCiv Expansion Pack, Shipyards, and a host of new features including
scenarios. Some of the scenarios even allow you to play on the surface of a
world with all new technologies to research and discover.
Any OS/2 user looking for a good turn based strategy game need look no
