A sample of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" is now available. It consists
of one text page and one picture page from chapter 7. The audio for that
one page is also included. The retail version has audio for the entire book
as well as 24 original pictures.
The audio is 8 bit rather than 16 bit to reduce the download size. This
causes some quality degradation. The illustrations are only at 256 colors.
The single illustration is best viewed at 800x600 resolution. Degradation
takes place at other resolutions. The retail version has full color
illustrations (24 bit color) as well as 256 colors. The additional
resolutions (640x480, 1024x768, and 1280x1024) have unique illustration
files in the retail version so there is no degradation.
This download is about 700-750K. You will need sound on your system.
You need the Workhorse Library reader V1.54 or higher to read this free
book. If you do not have any Workhorse Library Electronic Paperbacks,
download the latest reader and apply it first. Then apply this download.
