Desktop Communications, an information provider for the OS/2 publishing
market, is pleased to announce that it has returned after a short absence.
Due to last minute events in December, including two massive system crashes
within a week of each other, DTCWeb had not been updated since the 12th of
December. As of today (4 January) the site has been updated, more content
has been added, and more is on the way.
Desktop Communications is pleased to announce The Digital Sounding Board, a
new forum at our site intended to foster communication between end users and
ISVs. ISVs in the publishing arena can use this forum to publish "white
papers" describing their products and their uses in a more in-depth format
than software reviews and press releases. Further, end users can submit
white papers of their own, suggesting improvements on existing products or
advocating new products for the OS/2 market. In short, if you have a new
idea you want others to know about, the Digital Sounding Board is a forum
where you can introduce it to the rest of the OS/2 publishing community.
Project:ToolBase has also been updated with a few new products. New
software reviews are on the way.
