The CFM TWAIN driver is a self-reliant standard TWAIN module for scanner
control and can be run from most applications supporting the TWAIN standard
and opens up to your scanner for all modern desktop publishing (DTP), optical
character recognition (OCR) and document imaging (DIM) applications. The CFM
TWAIN allows you to connect your scanner in two different ways to your
computer.Via a SCSI adapter board forming part of the scanner supply or via
an ASPI compatible SCSI host adapter. Based on the TWAIN standard features,
the program options depend on the capabilities of the respective scanner as
well as application requirements.
