JBC software announced the first major upgrade to the HTML authoring tool
HomePage Publisher. Major enhancements include full frames support.

HomePage Publisher is an integrated WYSIWYG HTML Publisher and Editor/Browser
for OS/2.
HomePage that will allow you to create or modify any HTML page. One of the
major strengths of HomePage Publisher is ease of use in that it does not
require the author to have a working knowledge of HTML tags.
With HomePage Publisher, you will be able to modify pages and images while
working in a document. Simply select text and objects you wish to convert to
HTML attributes and make changes by clicking the appropriate item on the
toolbars.
In short, HomePage Publisher is a Web browser that offers you all the
possibilities of a word processor and HTML authoring tool. HomePage
Publisher Version 2.0 includes Frames support, Drag/Drop, Undo/Redo, Toolbar
Designer, Dictionary, and more.
