ISS updates R.S.M. to Version 4.1 level B.1
The ultimate graphical remote control solution for DOS, Windows and OS/2
2.10 to Warp 4.

On October 10th, 1997, ISS delivered its latest version of Remote Services
Management: Version 4.1 - Level B.1, which can be downloaded from our
Download page.
This version 4.1 - B1 includes:
* Manager Gateway for Windows 32-bit (Windows 95, NT 3.51 and NT 4),
* Speed optimization in the Windows 32-bit Manager (Windows 95, NT 3.51
and NT 4),
* Remote printing for Windows 32-bit platform,
* Automatic wallpaper removal in graphical remote control,
* Client call command line (Example: RG41B.EXE /C=3DClientName)

R.S.M. and Merlin...
International Software Solutions is happy to release IBM Remote Support for
OS/2.
This product, an O.E.M. subset of our R.S.M. Professional Edition, has been
selected by the IBM Help Centers for their own usage.
IBM Remote Support for OS/2 has two components (an OS/2 32-bit Manager, and
an OS/2 32-bit Client), and provides Modem and TCP/IP connections.
The Manager component is used EXCLUSIVELY by IBM Help Centers. This allows
the IBM Help Desk Engineers to access and control any Warp systems when the
End User asks them to troubleshoot and solve problems remotely from their
two labs (Austin, Texas and Greenhock, UK).
The Client counterpart, included in the latest version of OS/2 Warp 4 as
part of the IBM Assistance Center, can also be used with any release of
OS/2 Warp and is available FREE OF CHARGE from our IBM RS/2 Download Page.
