IBM has released a new CDFS.IFS driver for CDROMs. The new driver supports
Microsoft Joliet file system and mixed case filenames over 32 chars long.
Joliet support is enabled with a option flag /w
ie IFS=E:\OS2\BOOT\CDFS.IFS /C:8 /Q /W
