-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INETLOG v 4.9 is available (INETLG49.ZIP, dated 03 Nov 95).
WHERE UPLOADED TO?
ftp-os2.nmsu.edu
hobbes.nmsu.edu
ftp.informatik.tu-muenchen.de (mirror for ftp.leo.org)
ftp.cdrom.com (will be uploaded if I can ever get through)
also uploaded to OS/2 Shareware BBS (703-385-4325)
Initially, look either in the 'incoming' or 'new'
subdirectories on the ftp sites. It will probably
end up in 'os2\network\tcpip' subdirectory.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
-Analyzes the OS/2 Warp Dialer's connection log file, providing
a useful summary of time-on-line. Provides number of signons
per day and per month; times in various formats.
-Compatible with date stamp styles in all IBM/Advantis Dialer
versions (1.53 beta is latest). INETLOG v3.1 was not.
-Bug limiting number size (minutes on line, signons per day
or month) fixed. Who would have ever thought anyone would
do >100 calls in a single day???
-PM-style dialog-box interface for file prompting is available
as optional interface (requires VREXX2.ZIP package, available
free from ibm software sites (covered in the ReadMe.1st file).
-Has Command-line utilities to allow (1) updating older Dialer
entries in the Dialer's connect.log file, and (2) stripping of
non-essential lines from the connect.log file, shrinking it by 75-80%.
-A Rexx program. Learn the power of this simple language.
-Freeware.
