File Commander/2 v1.51 is now available.
File Commander/2 is a 32 bit text mode file manager in the tried and true
Norton Commander(tm) style. Its main features include built in archive
support, powerful user definable menu, built in text viewer & editor, tree
views and easy creation of Workplace Shell objects in addition to the usual
copy/move/delete and directory browsing functions.

New Features
o Search & Replace in editor added.
o Full support for volumes larger than 4GB (up to 2^63 bytes).
o Added Skip and All options to "Directory exists,merge with source?"
warning.
o Added function to create new archive (Shift-F5).
o Enhanced directory compare with date/size/contents options.
o Option added to delete confirm dialog to force delete files like "DEL
/F" does.
o Ctrl-Shift-J copies current file name to the clipboard.
Minor Enhancements
o Speed up reading ZIPs.
o After Shift-F4, move cursor to file just edited.
o Add ! function list to online help of editor when editing user menus.
o If both panels are viewing archives, don't give error immediately
after pressing F5. Instead give a path to the current panel (directory
of archive) as the suggested destination.
o Number of files & bytes in the Info panel are now in highlight colour.
o Hex value of character under cursor added to edit status line.
o New colour config dialog. Now easier to add more colour options.
o Cursor now follows a renamed file/dir.
o Redirection that looks like 2> (redirect only stderr) is now
understood by FC/2's CLI.
o Cleaned up error message in info line on drive read failure. Full text
of error is now visible in the Info panel.
o Right mouse button click in editor now performs a page up/down.
o Removed 80 character limit on search text.
o Added Ctrl-X/C/V as Cut/Copy/Paste in editor & dialogs.
Plus a whole bunch of bug fixes.
