Version 1.71 of the Crystal Semiconductor OS/2 audio drivers have
been released. They are available on:

or via FTP at
ftp://ftp.crystal.com/pub/crystal/drivers/audio/cwos2171.zip
There are a few new features, such as not disabling the serial port (needed
for some systems), minor changes in the default mixer setup, etc. But the big
one is the removal of the MPU-401 driver. If you want to install MPU-401
support, get the MPU-401 driver from the DD Pak.
Note that in Warp 4, there is a bug where the WPS does not support more than
one MIDI device, so if you want to use the MPU-401 driver, DO NOT INSTALL the
OPL-3 driver. IBM is aware of this bug (PMR 04532,PSC).
