BETA: New beta of the Gravis UltraSound OS/2 drivers

Because of problems with the games Links/2 and BUGS, I've released a new beta.
This update is only meant for GUS PnP/Max/Daugtherboard owners. Another beta
will be released shortly to fix the playback problems on normal GUSes.

Fixed in beta 28:
- Links/2, BUGS and QuickMotion (now properly) wave playback
(rewritten wave playback engine for the GUS PnP/Max/DB)
- Better support for GUS Daughterboard (Codec playback works,
recording not yet)
- Three active wave playback streams on a GUS Max/PnP
(not working properly since synth playback needs to
be fixed)
- Ultimix bugs
Upcoming fixes:
- Synthesizer wave playback for Links/2 and BUGS
(May take another week or so)
- Daughterboard recording
- GUS Extreme support (most likely in combination with
the standard ESS OS/2 drivers)
