[Followups directed to comp.os.os2.misc]
---------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are a user of IBM Global Network or various other ISPs whose servers show
unapproved articles, you may have noticed various posts that I would never have
approved in comp.binaries.os2 or comp.os.os2.announce, or similar posts in
comp.org.team-os2 or various other moderated groups. This is not the fault of
the moderators as these posts are appearing often without the moderator's
knowledge. Several larger servers are misconfigured and not honoring moderated
status of various newsgroups and posting articles instead of sending them to the
moderators. These articles can be difficult to cancel.

Most of the recent ones in COOA and CBO come from InternetMCI.com. I have
repeatedly requested that internetmci.com fix their USENET servers' moderation
flags so that I do not find unapproved posts from their servers in
comp.os.os2.announce and comp.binaries.os2. Since they are apparently ignoring
my requests, I figure that this may be the only way to get their attention.

In addition to the groups mentioned comp.org.team-os2 alt.answers news.answers
and most of the other moderated groups I've checked have sexy-girls.com or other
SPAM originating from internetmci servers.
