Entrepreneur beta 6C is now available for download at
http://www.stardock.com
Entrepreneur is a real-time multiplayer (and single player) corporate conquest
game.
You start a company, choose a market, and conquer the world by manufacturing
products, marketing them, and improving the technology in them. It has been
dubbed "The Microsoft Simulator" since it is loosely inspired by the
activities of Microsoft (i.e. crush your opponents through superior marketing
with decent technology).
Up to 8 people can play at the same time over a plain modem connection over
the Internet (i.e. not "stop and go" but fluid). Even in the beta version
internet performance is quite good.
To get the beta, go to http://www.stardock.com.
You must have Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, or OS/2 Warp 3 (with FP23) or later.
