---------------------------------------------------------------------
WaCaWaKa (the OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit for all)!

Have you always wanted to set up your own web site? Start an online business?
Share documents with your friends and colleagues?

Don't miss this special promotion!
----------------------------------
IBM would like more visibility for one of the most popular Internet web
platforms, OS/2 Warp. And, as web sites grow, often they move to the powerful
OS/2 Warp Server Advanced SMP. We'd like more people to experience web
serving with OS/2 Warp.

If you're one of the first 80 (eighty) people to respond, you could be
eligible for a no-charge copy of IBM's OS/2 Warp Connect Version 3 with a
special web kit. This OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit consists of:

- IBM OS/2 Warp Connect Version 3 ("red box")
- Instructions for downloading IBM's Internet Connection Server for OS/2 Warp
- Recommended fixes, tips, and additional instructions
- OS/2 Warp "banner" logo on diskette

Painless Terms and Conditions
-----------------------------
So what's the catch? IBM would like you to set up your own web server on your
own PC. This web server can be on the public Internet or on a private company
intranet (with at least 200 users). Your web server should be online within
120 days of receiving the OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit. Your web server's "point
of entry" (homepage) should include the OS/2 Warp logo (and link to the IBM
OS/2 Warp homepage) for not less than 12 months. You may use any web server
software for OS/2 Warp, such as IBM's Internet Connection Server, IBM GoServe,
Lotus Domino, Apache, etc. Finally, if your web server is on the public
Internet, you must list your new site with one or more of the major Internet
lookup services (IBM Infomarket, Yahoo, Lycos, Altavista, etc). If you cannot
meet these terms, and you have received the OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit, you
agree to purchase one OS/2 Warp Version 4 upgrade license from IBM or your
favorite IBM software reseller. (The OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit is available
only to residents of North America. Only one OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit will
be sent per company, shipping address, or individual. The Kit is
non returnable, but it can be transferred.)

Bonus Prizes
------------
In return, there is no charge for the OS/2 Warp Connect Web Kit. Also, you
may choose to have your new web site judged. The top three winners, as judged
by IBM, will receive a prize package of popular software titles, including IBM
OS/2 Warp Version 4, IBM Antivirus for OS/2 Warp, and IBM VisualAge Java for
OS/2 Warp. Winners will be judged according to creativity, usefulness and
quality of content, use of open Internet standards (including Java), and
integration with existing technologies. Web sites already using OS/2 Warp,
anywhere in the world, are eligible to be judged. Judging is open only to
public Internet sites. Decisions of the judges are final. Winners will be
notified by Internet e-mail. IBM may publicize the Internet addresses of all
entrants. Judging will take place approximately 120 days after the OS/2 Warp
Connect Web Kits are shipped, at a time and date of IBM's choosing.
