---------------------------------------------------------------------
Please be advised that the limited complementary telephone support for OS/2
Warp 4 is no longer available. This limited telephone support had been
provided only to individual users of OS/2 Warp 4, to provide support only to a
certain installed level described in the "Service and Support" card contained
in the OS/2 Warp 4 package. OS/2 Warp 4 is the only IBM software product that
had this limited complementary support available.
All telephone support from IBM for OS/2 Warp 4 is fee-based at this point.
However, complementary support is still available through the World Wide Web at
http://ps.software.ibm.com.
If you have any questions about this change you may contact IBM Software
Support at (800) 992-4777.
