Stardock's 3 year development of its next generation game, Entrepreneur is
nearing completion. Stardock has released Beta 6A onto its on-line commerce
server.
Developed by the same team that created Galactic Civilizations, Entrepreneur
puts the player in the shoes of a young business executive who wants to
conquer the world. Dubbed by many as "The Microsoft Simulator", players start
a company, build products, and conquer the world by creating monopolies,
spreading FUD about opponents, out marketing the competition, and trying to
develop better products.
Players who want to get their hands on the game before it's generally
available at a reduced price can now order and download it for $36. The
download is the latest beta version with new updates being made available
every couple weeks. The final version will be sent to beta testers free of
charge.
