Stardock Systems and Trilliun Software Products have elected to part ways. The
two companies working together on the native OS/2 game Master of the Empire.
At the beginning of 1997, it became clear that both companies had very
different views on what the completed game should be like.
As a result, Stardock voluntarily returned all rights with regard to the game
to Trilliun. Trilliun will now be entirely responsible for the game.
Existing beta testers will be given the following options which include but
not limited to:
1) Switching to a different beta program (such as Entrepreneur or Stellar
Frontier)
2) Continuing on with Master of the Empire with Trilliun
3) Exchanging their beta for *any* shipping Stardock product.
Users who have pre-ordered Master of the Empire will have these options:
1) Change their order for a different Stardock product
2) Be forwarded on to Trilliun to get the final version of Master of the
Empire from them.
3) Cancel their order
