March 31, 1997

******************* IMPORTANT ******** IMPORTANT ******************

There has been a growing concern with the whereabouts of Master of the Empire
for OS/2 in the past couple of weeks. Any questions in regards to the games
completion status, and its availability will be answered either here or in
Stardock's press release.

Stardock, as of March 31, 1997, has voluntarily terminated the contract that
it had with Trilliun Software Products. In essence, this means that all
product rights, development, marketing, and distribution have been returned to
Trilliun Software Products.

At this time, Trilliun Software Products has no insight as to the future of
Master of the Empire. Over the course of the next several weeks, we will
identify and post a press release outlining any information or plans that we
have come up with.

We sincerely hope that we can find a means to distribute Master of the Empire
within a reasonable time frame. Past reviews from months back ,prior to
Master of the Empire's completion, have been favorable. Now we believe Master
of the Empire to be a true leader in the OS/2 community.

It is unfortunate for all paid beta testers and anyone who wishes to own a
copy of Master of the Empire, since we currently do not have the facilities to
manufacturer or publish Master of the Empire. We will do everything possible
to ramify the situation with each and every one of our customers.

Until Trilliun and Stardock have reached closure with issues regarding our
contract, we will be able unable to comment on any questions pertaining to
that issue.

This is no way deters from Trilliun's dedication to the OS/2 community.

Questions about this press release can be directed to tsp@ares.csd.net.

We will also be resuming our web page in the next few days
(http://ares.csd.net/~tsp), and will be posting any new information there
as well.
