The PillarSoft Enhanced E and the Enhanced EE Editors are now in
Beta version .14
NEW in this release;
Incorporated Otto Raeder's HTM2TXT as a plugin into the Freeware Enhanced E
for easy stripping from the editor
Added Bubble help to the toolbar in the Enhanced EE
Removed all but 1 entry from the os2.ini file
Fixed command line call from any root directory
