WEB: yet another Hobbes search engine update

Well, I've gone and done it again and improved the hobbes.nmsu.edu search
engine even more. Most of the changes are internal for the sake of future
expansion (such as adding in facilities to easily integrate the file browser
and the search engine), and the only two changes users should notice at the
moment are:
1. the file listing now shows the date that a file was catalogued
2. queries used to take 10 seconds to execute. now they take only 1. :) (so
now the response time from the server is much improved)
On a related note, I will soon be attempting to migrate the archive over to a
newer, more efficient directory structure. I will have a file in / called
"proposed.dir" shortly which will detail both the new proposed directory
structure and the actual migration process currently being considered. I
invite everyone to look at, and comment on, this file, especially with respect
to obvious (preferably major) omissions from the new structure. The new
structure will be much more efficient, logical, and expandab le than the
current structure, and will hopefully make things more enjoyable for all
parties concerned, as well as much more efficient.
