Apparently their internet service provider was attacked by a malicious hacker at the end of January, but came back up again five or six days later. However, the teamos2.org machine had been broken into, and they have been trying to make sure that it was secure since then. Mailing lists appear to be working again, as does submission to comp.org.team-os2.
