-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Computer Interface Corporation has released a major upgrade of its
OS/2 financial management program, Check+. Version 2.0 of Check+ includes
many new powerful features to manage all types of assets and liabilities.
The investment manager allows tracking of stock, bond, and mutual fund
portfolios, with features such as lot management, price tracking, and simple
handling of reinvestments. The loan manager neatly integrates with the
Payment Prompter to handle loan payments with just a few mouse clicks.
Loan principal and interest are automatically calculated, and escrow
balances are easily tracked for mortgages. With the property manager,
users can maintain all the essential information regarding their property
- very useful for insurance purposes, or for managing an inventory.

These major enhancements complement the easy-to-use checkwriting and credit
card features of earlier versions. Check+ includes sophisticated report
features that can summarize data from multiple accounts, and a user
interface that is easy to master and remains consistent throughout the
program.

A demonstration version of the program, CHKPLUS.ZIP, can be downloaded from
Compuserve at OS2AVEN or from Internet at hobbes.nmsu.edu /os2/demos.

The price of Check+ is $89; users of earlier versions of Check+ can upgrade
to version 2.0 for $19. Users who purchased Check+ after March 1, 1995 can
upgrade for free. For more information, contact Computer Interface
Corporation at (800) 992-3428 or (508) 651-8111, or via e-mail at
71151.1526@Compuserve.Com.
